Department Overview
Cost-efficiency and high quality service in the areas of insurance programs and risk management are highlights of the School and Agency Operations Department. This department also oversees Specialized Student Transportation, Courier Services, Public Information, and our Print Center. Other services include tracking legislative issues and interpretation of issues and state laws.

Member districts receive stable, cost-effective, long-term protection from financial loss to self-insure, self-administer, and group-purchase excess insurance coverage. ESD 112 acts as the fiscal agent for the following cooperatives, trusts, and pools:
- Southwest Washington Risk Management Insurance Cooperative
- Southwest Washington Unemployment Compensation Pool
- Southwest Washington Workers' Compensation Trust
- Columbia River Gorge Employee Health Purchasing Cooperative
- Risk Control/Safety
