Superintendent and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Twyla Barnes is a seasoned veteran in providing leadership to educational service agencies. She was recently elected as President of the International Association of Educational Service Agencies and serves on several boards including the Southwest Washington Medical Center and Vancouver's National Historic Reserve Trust.
