Winlock High/Middle School

This project consists of both new construction and renovation of the existing building. The project was divided into two phases. Phase one involved a large amount of structural demolition and an extensive amount of new construction that tied the existing structure together. The demolition was more selective in phase 2, with the majority of the main structure being preserved. In both phases, a number of the structures received overbuilt roofs to provide for a more unified looking structure and better drainage.  Site improvement included new entry locations, installation of a water storage tank and a free standing shop.
