Hillcrest Elementary School

The Hillcrest Elementary project consisted of renovation and modernization of the existing building. A significant amount of interior work was done including replacing water and sewer pipes, running electrical lines, and providing for seismic upgrades. The raised open-beamed ceiling in the library, which also allows for windows for natural light. Hillcrest received all new paint, windows, tile, bathroom facilities and an improved entry way for students, parents and visitors. New mechanical, heating, air handling and fire alarm systems will be installed as well as a new roof. Additional parking is available on the east side of the building. The playground is three times larger and includes a covered play areas totaling 6,200 square feet. Size: 49,465 Sq. Ft. Project Address9315 4th Street SE
