This project consisted of new construction of 76,396 square feet of a two-story classroom addition that houses the school administration, commons, library, computer center, food service, science classrooms, and the auditorium/theater. Also included was the modernization of three existing buildings and demolition of two buildings. Other improvement included renovation and expansion to the existing locker rooms, gymnasium and the industrial arts building. The 36 acre site improvements included a new parking lot, and bus loop to service the facility. There was storm water retention system and frontage improvements. Size: 154,253 Sq. Ft. (76,396 Sq. Ft.
