Instructions for submitting your purchase order:

3. All orders should state the DigitalEdge Contract: #ESD112-DE-09.

4. Fax one copy of your order to ACT at 360.658.5300, and fax another copy of your order and the vendor's price quote to the DigitalEdge office at 360.696.3099. (Order must be faxed to both fax numbers.)

- Your order will be reviewed and checked by ACT.
- You will be contacted to make any necesarry corrections.
- Your order will be issued to the vendor within 24 hours during the business week.
- Your order will be archived for audit support.
