Instructions for submitting your purchase order:

Fax one copy of your purchase order to CIM Technology Solutions at their fax number above and fax another copy of your purchase order and the vendor's quote to the DigitalEdge office at 360-696-3099.

Return Policy:

CIM will issue a full credit for any item that is returned to CIM within 30 days if the item is new unused condition. Any item that is used, opened or beyond the 30 day time period would be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The return process will be facilitated through CIM’s inside sales department.

Please make sure to include the contract number (above) on the purchase order to ensure bid pricing.
