To place an order:
Please contact your preferred FrontRow reseller (above) to inquire about products and the purchasing process, and to obtain return authorizations. All purchase orders must reference the DigitalEdge Contract number (ESD112-DE-09). In addition to sending the purchase order to your preferred reseller, you must also fax a copy of the purchase order to the DigitalEdge office at 360-696-3099.

% restocking fee may apply to any order returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Component parts missing (cannibalized) from returned products will be deducted from the credit issued.

Returns must be shipped to FrontRow with freight prepaid unless it is determined a shipping error was made by FrontRow in this case a prepaid call tag will be issued.

Rush Fee:
Any order with a premium shipping method request, such as next-day, 2nd day air, or 3-day select, (Emery, Federal Express, etc.) will be shipped the same day if received by FrontRow before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time and if the product is in stock. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will be processed and shipped the next business day. The purchase order must state “RUSH ORDER” and requested freight method. All rush shipment charges plus a $25 rush fee must be reflected on the purchase order.
