Position Overview
Reporting to the Regional School Nurse Corps Supervisor implement, manage and deliver school health services in assigned schools districts and /or agencies. The school nurse scope of practice is defined by law and regulation and professional school nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications (must meet the following qualifications for application to be considered)
- Valid Washington State registered nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in pediatrics and willingness to delegate care in a preschool and in regular and special education school setting.
- Current CPR/1st Aid certification.
- Experience in the care of school age children.
Assignments
21 hours/week, school year schedule
Salary Information
Level J Starting hourly range $22.64 - $25.31.
