MAY I APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE POSITION?
Yes, you may apply for any open position for which you feel qualified and/or which you are interested.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT OPEN POSITIONS?
Positions are posted at the ESD 112 office and on our employment opportunities web page. We also have a 24-hour job information line which is updated regularly. The job information line telephone number is (360) 750-7508 (local) or 1-800-775-7142 (outside area). You may also request application materials through this website.
IF I APPLY FOR A POSITION AND ANOTHER SIMILAR POSITION OPENS AFTER I APPLY, WILL I AUTOMATICALLY BE CONSIDERED FOR THAT SECOND POSITION?
No, you will have to notify the Human Resources office that you are interested in each open position. However, if it has been more than 90 days since you have submitted an application, you will need to complete a new application, as well as submit all the materials listed on the vacancy notice.
DO I NEED TO COME INTO THE ESD OFFICE EVERY TIME I WANT TO APPLY FOR A POSITION?
You do not have to come in to Human Resources, but you must have a complete application on file, and contact our office by phone, by letter, or through the website on or before the posted closing date.

The closing date is listed on the vacancy notice and is listed on our current job openings page.
WHAT KIND OF QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO WORK FOR EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DISTRICT 112?
Each position posting has a list of preferred and/or required qualifications needed to be eligible for that specific position.

IF YOU ARE HIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE, THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA MUST BE MET:
US Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service's Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form. You must present legal identification as stated on the back of the form. Photocopies of identification should be made to attach to this form.
New employees who have regularly scheduled unsupervised access to children will be required to complete a Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint background check (at employee's expense) as a condition of employment.
W-4 and Retirement enrollment form. A copy of your Social Security card will be taken. If you do not have one, we suggest you apply for one at this time.
Sexual Harassment and HIV/AIDS training sessions are a requirement of employment by the State and ESD 112 and must be completed at the earliest possible time. ESD 112 offers these training sessions on a regular basis.We appreciate your interest in becoming part of our dedicated staff.
