The AmeriCorps National application website will soon be replaced by a new and improved system, due to launch January 11, 2008. The current system will be offline beginning Sunday, January 6, 2008 until January 11, 2008 while improvements are being made. During this time a paper version of the application materials will be available.

Application Information for Volunteers
Member Eligibility Requirements
- 17 years of age or older at the time of enrollment in the program.
- U.S. citizen, national or lawful permanent resident.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, or commit to earning one prior to receiving an education award.
- Ability to commit to the full term of service for which they are applying.
- Submit to a criminal history background check.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
How to Apply
Step 1 -- Complete Your Application On-Line
- This link will open the AmeriCorps national online application site. Please follow the directions carefully. This is our preferred method. Note: There are spots for you to fill in two names for references - We only require ONE written reference.
- In order for us to be able to view your application, please enter the following program identification number: 95ADNOR0050001-5
- Be sure to download and submit your AmeriCorps Application Certification Form.
Step 2 - Activate your Application:
To activate your application, email the following items to links.recruitment@esd112.org and the project site supervisor (listed on the bottom of each of our position descriptions):
- Résumé - Make sure that the address, phone number(s) and email address are accurate. (A résumé does not substitute for any items on your application).
- AmeriCorps national online Application number - Once completed, your application will be assigned an application number. Be sure to include this number in the subject line of your email.
