The film addresses: “What kind of world do we want to create with our children?” Building on the community created by the group\, this course offers an opportunity for meaningful discussion around the values of Anti-Bias in and out of early learning environments. Offered as a series\, participants can earn most of their yearly required MERIT/STARS hours with this course. This is a follow-up film to the acclaimed\, Reflecting on Anti-Bias Education in Action: The Early Years. Participants will leave the multiple sessions with a strong understanding of how/where they want to focus attention in support and improvement of their program(s). This series has been ongoing for multiple years\, allowing directors to create a mentor-ship relationship with each other & new members. Additionally\, participants may continue their own professional learning community that continues to support and guide their future work. \nEvent Notes \nThis is a HYBRID course.  November 13th session is in person\, and all additional sessions are completed over Zoom and require individual registration via the unique link for each course date.
