Además\, explorarán formas de asegurarse que sus prácticas de enseñanza sean culturalmente responsivas\, inclusivas e informadas por el trauma. \nLos participantes aprenderán estrategias para promover un personal efectivo\, lazos interpersonales enriquecedores y responsivos\, entornos de apoyo de alta calidad y apoyos sociales y emocionales enfocados.  Adicionalmente\, los participantes examinarán diferentes maneras de forjar relaciones y colaborar con las familias. \nPara obtener una beca/subvención por haber completado esta capacitación sobre Cuidados informados por el trauma\, debe de tener un rol verificable y que se pueda confirmar en su trabajo\, y estar empleado por un proveedor subsidiario.
