DESCRIPTION:Presenters\nTracy Collins \nDescription\nThese sessions are designed to help program directors look closely at their programs and leadership skills that will help improve programs. Participants will leave the multiple sessions with a strong understanding of how/where they want to focus attention in support and improvement of their program(s). This series has been ongoing for multiple years\, allowing directors to create a mentor-ship relationship with each other & new members. Additionally\, participants may continue their own professional learning community that continues to support and guide their future work. \nEvent Notes \nThis is a HYBRID course.  November 13th session is in person\, and all additional sessions are completed over Zoom and require individual registration via the unique link for each course date.
