DESCRIPTION:Coaches\, mentors\, principals\, teacher leaders…come join other instructional leaders throughout the ESD 112 region for a free afternoon of learning together. \nWe are looking forward to seeing you\, and to using this experience as a launching event into further networking and learning experiences for instructional leaders during the 2023-2024 school year! \nCome and join other instructional leaders throughout the ESD 112 region for an afternoon of learning together! Coaches\, Mentors\, Principals\, Teacher Leaders…This is an opportunity for anyone interested in developing their skill in facilitating learning for individuals\, small and whole groups of practitioners working in service of students. On this day we will have opportunities to think together and learn together about facilitating coaching cycles and PLCs\, using different data sources to facilitate reflection\, and supporting adult learners\, all while keeping students and relationships at the center of our work. Our time will be structured in smaller breakout sessions with opportunities to network before\, between and following sessions! \nJoin us early for snacks and community at 1:00!
