What is District Technology Support?

District Technology Support offers shared IT staffing and technical services designed to assist school districts in managing and maintaining daily technology operations. Whether onsite or remote, this service meets the specific needs of small to mid-size districts seeking reliable and cost-effective IT support.

From managing devices to troubleshooting cloud-based systems, our team supports the full scope of district technology environments. Services include device setup and imaging, help desk support, printing and print management, and coordination with third-party vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

Services

Our Services

District Technology Support provides hands-on and remote assistance for the technology challenges districts face every day. Services include:

  • Help Desk Support: Centralized assistance for staff experiencing hardware or software issues.
  • Device Support: Troubleshooting and maintenance for Chromebooks, Windows PCs, Macs, and tablets.
  • Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Administration: Account setup, user management, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Device Imaging & Setup: Preparing devices for student and staff use with the appropriate software and configurations.
  • Print Management Support: Setup, management, and maintenance of district-wide printing systems, such as PaperCut.
  • Web Filter Management: Setup, management, and maintenance of the web filtering technology used in the district for CIPA compliance.
  • Basic Cybersecurity Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving common security concerns.
  • Server and Cloud Troubleshooting: Support for both onsite and hosted services.
  • Vendor Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the district and technology vendors for issue resolution and service management.

This service is ideal for districts that:
