The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish and maintain a panel of qualified attorneys and law firms interested in representing and defending Risk Co-Op members in legal claims and litigated matters.
Placement on the panel does not guarantee the assignment of work. However, the Risk Co-Op anticipates making regular use of panel counsel based on claim type, complexity, attorney expertise, and overall fit with the Risk Co-Op’s collaborative claims-management approach.
