Participants will gain tools to prevent conflicts before they arise\, as well as techniques to safely manage and de-escalate situations when they do occur.\n\nThis course will cover key concepts such as emotional regulation\, active listening\, non-verbal communication\, and the importance of building strong\, trusting relationships with children.
