CSG can carry the load of construction project management while you manage the operations of your school district. We provide three primary services:
- Project/Construction Management: management or project administration, budget, schedule and quality.
- Constructability Reviews: reviewing drawings and specifications to identify potential change orders that might occur during construction.
- Building Commissioning: testing building systems to ensure the design intent of architects and engineers has been construction and is operating properly.

CSG knows that your district may not manage school construction project every day, or you may need staffing augmentation in the busy times. ESD 112 is in its 14th year of providing construction –relating services to school districts, managing over $2.0 billion in value and 5 millions square feet in area during that time. We have provided services to over 70 of Washington’s 295 school districts. We know what we’re doing and pass our experience on to you.
We support schools in everything we do.
As a public, not-for-profit entity, we are a cost effective alternative for school districts. Our cost of services is less than those listed in the most recent national survey of construction management firms. CSG receives no direct state funding.
We specialize in buildings schools.
CSG is a specialist in K-12 school buildings. Unlike many construction management firms that disburse their efforts across other sectors like industrial an commercial projects, school districts are our only clients. School districts have complete freedom to select their management firm of choice, and often choose CSG because they are comfortable dealing with an educational support agency. CSG acts as a school district’s advocate.
