About our Services

About our Services

ESD 112 Wellness and Treatment services provides a continuum of behavioral health services to school aged students. We are a service of ESD 112 in Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania, Wahkiakum and Pacific counties. Our program is certified by the Washington Department of Health as a provider for outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health services.

  • Assessment
  • Brief Intervention
  • Individual
  • Group
  • Family

Referrals & Fees

  • Currently Accepting Referrals
  • Accepts court and self-referrals
  • Accepts Medicaid funding
  • Grant Funding may be available for some services
  • Sliding scale fee

  • Columbia High School
  • Covington Middle School
  • Kelso High School

Current Mental Health Service Locations:

  • Skamania School District
  • Goldendale High and Middle School
  • Lincoln Elementary and After School Care
  • ESD 112 Main Campus Open Doors
