About our Services

About our Services

ESD 112 Wellness and Treatment Services provides screening, assessment, brief intervention, individual, group and family treatment to children and adolescents who present with varying levels of substance use and/or mental health concerns. It is the goal of ESD 112’s Wellness and Treatment Services to provide treatment services with minimal disruption to the daily lives of children and adolescents served, in accordance with their individual clinical needs, and in the least restrictive environment.

To make treatment services as accessible as possible for children, adolescents and their families, ESD 112 Wellness and Treatment Services provides onsite services at identified early learning, primary, middle, high and alternative schools.

Referrals & Fees

  • Currently Accepting Referrals
  • Accepts court and self-referrals
  • Accepts Medicaid funding
  • Grant Funding may be available for some services
  • Sliding scale fee

  • Columbia High School
  • Covington Middle School
  • Kelso High School

Current Mental Health Service Locations:

  • Skamania School District
  • Goldendale High and Middle School
  • Lincoln Elementary and After School Care
  • ESD 112 Main Campus Open Doors
