Coaches, mentors, principals, teacher leaders…come join other instructional leaders throughout the ESD 112 region for a free day of learning together.
We are looking forward to seeing you, and to using this experience as a launching event into further networking and learning experiences for instructional leaders during the 2023-2024 school year!
This is an opportunity for anyone interested in developing their skills in facilitating professional learning for practitioners working in service of students. The day will be structured in large, whole group sessions, as well as smaller breakout sessions. We will keep students and relationships at the center of our work while we explore how to:
- Align our improvement efforts and support systems
- Engage in coaching cycles and PLCs
- Use different data sources to facilitate reflection
- Support adult learners
