We are recruiting for a Postsecondary Readiness Manager to have the inaugural role in leading a regional partnership of college and career advisors at rural high schools and in higher education settings. This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of advising best practices, community engagement and a commitment to promoting equity and access in postsecondary readiness. This is a grant funded initiative expected to last three school years.

The position will be 40 hours per week, 221 days per year. First review of applications will be April 22, 2024. $84,173.19 - $102,409.50. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
