ESD 112 seeks to establish a contract for HVAC Services with one or more local Portland Metropolitan area Contractors. Contractors without an established customer base, sales and support offices, and dispatch center in the Vancouver, Washington and/or Portland, Oregon Metropolitan area will NOT be considered.
