Southwest Washington’s business community is coming together to help students build financial literacy skills.

On the heels of this year’s Lemonade Day event (an annual celebration designed to teach children how to embrace their entrepreneurial spirit and run a business), the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and a number of local sponsors are providing students with free access to a virtual wrap-up event that will feature inspirational stories and Q&A opportunities.

“Lemonade Day 2020 Celebration” will take place on Thursday, August 27 at 3:30 p.m. Attendees of this virtual event will hear from Lemonade Day National Board Chair Charlie Hamilton and seven young teens who have successfully started and operated their own businesses.

If you have questions for any of the speakers, you can send them to YourChamber@VancouverUSA.com or save them for the event.
