1-2-3 Grow and Learn is a playgroup for children ages birth to 5 and the adults that care for them. The play groups take place at multiple locations across Clark County, typically in participating school district locations. The focus of our play groups includes:
- Creating a level of comfort and familiarity with the elementary school the child will attend for Kindergarten
- Giving adults caring for children ideas for activities they can do at home to help promote their child’s learning and development
- Conducting developmental screening, along with the adults caring for the children, and help families with referrals for any needed services.
- Providing a safe environment where children can increase their social and emotional development with their peers
- Helping adults form connections and supports
- Focus on Executive Functioning and Self-Regulation Video

In-person play groups for children Birth-5
We are partnering with Vancouver Public Schools and Washougal Public Schools to offer in-person play groups.
Play groups begin the week of September 12th and run through the week of June 5th.

1-2-3 Grow and Learn es un grupo de juego para niños desde el nacimiento hasta los 5 años y los adultos que los cuidan. Los grupos de juego se se encuentran en varios lugares del condado de Clark, por lo general en los distritos escolares que participan. El enfoque de nuestros grupos de juego incluye:
- Crear un nivel de comodidad y familiaridad con la escuela primaria a la que asistirá el niño para el kinder

Nos asociamos con las Escuelas Públicas de Vancouver y las Escuelas Públicas de Washougal para ofrecer grupos en persona. Los grupos comienzan la semana del 15 de septiembre y duran hasta la semana del 5 de junio.

Bring 1-2-3 Grow and Learn to your School District or Organization
School districts can customize their model by choosing the where, when, and how many sessions at each location. 1-2-3 Grow and Learn supplies the qualified staff, curriculum, outreach and knowledge of the early learning world.
This fee-for-service model is designed to meet the individual needs of children, families and schools by providing a bridge between K-12 education and families in the community.
Contractors receive the following services:
- Enthusiastic, trained and educated staff that will facilitate a 1 ½ hour sessions weekly for your community
- Curriculum
- Materials for enhancing learning through play
- Circle time experiences
- Customizable adaptations based on district goals
- Connections with families before they enter kindergarten
- Developmental screening and referrals for children before they enter kindergarten
