Racial Affinity Groups are intentional spaces where we can be safe enough to be vulnerable, challenged, and supported as we share our experiences to engage in racial inquiry. We can then transfer that discussion into actions that allow for growth, healing, and individual and collective liberation.

Registering for these events through pdEnroller will allow us to provide you with Clock Hours (as applicable) for participation as well as help us to appropriately anticipate participant numbers. That being said, please feel free to just join us if advance sign-up is any barrier to your participation!
In regional partnership, we are excited to offer an ongoing forum for staff to investigate and transform our “individual” and “collective” racial conditioning, while also increasing staff connectedness within our Southwest Washington region.
