Please join us for this year’s virtual Poetry Out Loud SW Washington Regional Finals competition on Wednesday, February 1st at 5 PM, when we will share the link on this Event page to the virtual ceremony and announce this year’s top scoring students who will advance to the State-level competition in March.
Featuring performances by the top two scoring students and recognizing all SW Washington Regional School Champions, we look forward to celebrating their performances!
Presented in partnership with ArtsWA, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Poetry Foundation, Poetry Out Loud is a national program that encourages high school students to learn about poetry – both classic and contemporary – through memorization, performance, and competition.
