Student learning is at the core of everything we do.

ESD 112 Departments

Designed for students, from the youngest learners to adults, ESD 112’s 300+ programs and services promote lifelong learning and success. All of our programs are set up so districts and families can decide whether they want to “opt in,” which keeps us focused on customer service and innovation. District participation in cooperative and fee-for-service programs totaled almost $34 million in 2015—more than doubling in the past nine years.

In honor of School Board Recognition Month, we are highlighting each of the dedicated volunteer Board Members serving ESD 112. Today, we recognize Heidi Rosenberg, representing District #3, which includes Hockinson School District, part of Battle Ground Public Schools, and Evergreen Public Schools.

We asked Heidi to describe a “bright spot” she’s witnessed in Southwest Washington education recently. She shared:
“Serving on the ESD 112 board gives me a front‑row seat to all the good happening in our public schools. I love that districts are now coming together to offer our communities a window into the amazing learning that is happening through the Our Future Our Schools project.”

More about Heidi: She is a Vancouver resident who lives within the Battle Ground School District and is currently retired after a 35-year career in public sector capital program management. She worked closely with ESD 112 during her time in education.

Please join us in thanking Heidi for her service!
