- Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Administration: Account setup, user management, and basic troubleshooting.

- Print Management Support: Setup, management, and maintenance of district-wide printing systems, such as PaperCut.
- Web Filter Management: Setup, management, and maintenance of the web filtering technology used in the district for CIPA compliance.
- Basic Cybersecurity Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving common security concerns.
- Server and Cloud Troubleshooting: Support for both onsite and hosted services.
