At the 2026 Washington School Public Relations Association (WSPRA) awards ceremony, Educational Service District 112 and partner school districts won 13 awards and six Best in Category designations.

The annual awards recognize outstanding school communications across Washington, with more than 180 entries submitted statewide this year.

From family newsletters and informational videos to bond outreach initiatives and district publications, the award-winning projects demonstrate how effective communication helps keep families informed, engaged and connected to their schools.

“We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside our district partners and share in their success,” said Monique Dugaw, ESD 112 executive director of communications and public engagement. “These awards reflect the collaboration and commitment that make this work for schools and students possible.”

Two projects – University Place School District’s bond and levy outreach campaign and Kelso School District’s back-to-school publication – also earned perfect scores from award judges.

ESD 112 and its district partners received the following awards. Best in Category honors recognize top entries within specified district enrollment categories.
