Racial Affinity Groups are intentional spaces where we can be safe enough to be vulnerable, challenged, and supported as we share our experiences to engage in racial inquiry. We can then transfer that discussion into actions that allow for growth, healing, and individual and collective liberation.

In regional partnership, Vancouver Public Schools (VPS), Evergreen Public Schools (EPS), Rooted School Vancouver, and Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112) offer an ongoing forum for exploring and transforming our individual and collective racial conditioning while strengthening staff connections across the region.
