Prevent Coalition is a group of volunteers and leaders across Southwest Washington who work towards building resiliency and preventing youth substance misuse. We, along with several local partners and coalitions, are hosting an annual Elevate Youth Summit and welcome prevention clubs, youth groups, teens and classes to join us in this youth gathering about empowerment, wellness, substance use prevention and more.
By the end of this day-long event, participants will have:
- Created a space to form meaningful connections with other caring youth,
- Felt empowered as an agent of change and a leader in their community,
- Engaged in a variety of activities and content relevant to prevention, wellness, and youth leadership.
