Center Facilities
Our Conference and Institute Center offers six reservable conference rooms with varied room capacity depending upon room arrangement. Four of the rooms can be joined together to create a spacious and professional conference venue.
Rental fees and additional costs may apply to outside events that are not ESD sponsored, charge attendees, or are outside of business operation hours.
The Center is wheelchair accessible and has reserved parking and restroom facilities for the handicapped.
Hours of Operation
The conference center is staffed during normal business hours from 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Events occurring outside of business hours can be arranged. Please contact us for availability.

Enter the parking area from NE 65th Ave and park on the North side of the building. Enter the building through the North entrance. Please note that our computer lab has moved back to the 2500 building in the Shoalwater Bay Room.
