Educational Service District 112 (ESD112), Owner, will be accepting competitive General Contracting (GC) Bids for renovations to our 2200 building located at 2200 NE 65th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98661. The existing building is one of several owned by ESD-112 on an approximately 7.94-acre site on NE 65th Avenue, near the intersection of East 18th Street in Vancouver, WA.
The Project consists of the interior renovation of an existing, 17,325 sf tilt-up concrete building for a new early learning center. The affected plan area totals approximately 7,875 sf. Existing offices and conference rooms will be demolished for the new plan, which includes five new classrooms, related offices and support spaces, and a commercial kitchen. Existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in the project area will be replaced with new. Existing warehouse area is to remain unaltered, aside from necessary utility service improvements. Building type is III-B, fully sprinklered, with non-separated occupancies. Exterior improvements are limited to new and replacement storefront windows and entries, and minor grading and stairs for access. Work is expected to start approximately October 2026 with total project completion by June 2027.
